WARE VINTAGE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of vintage clothing, please review all photographs, descriptions, measurements, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

Vintage Condition

Our pieces are vintage and may show normal signs of age, wear, storage, or previous use. We make every effort to photograph and disclose significant flaws or imperfections. Minor signs of age consistent with vintage clothing are not considered defects.

Sizing & Measurements

Vintage sizing can differ significantly from modern sizing. Please use the measurements provided in each listing rather than relying solely on the size shown on the garment’s label. We are happy to provide additional measurements before purchase.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn and unused, with any WARE VINTAGE tags still attached.

Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the item was materially misrepresented or you received the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale

Items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you believe an item was materially misrepresented, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, please contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and photographs so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
